Report a privacy concern

Use this form to make a data-protection complaint, exercise a data-protection right or report a suspected personal-data breach. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. Without undue delay, we will take appropriate steps to investigate it, keep you informed where necessary and tell you the outcome.

How we use this information. Lee Freeman, a sole trader trading as MLR PreCheck, uses the details you provide to identify and investigate the matter, communicate with you, meet legal obligations and keep a record of how the case was handled. The main lawful basis is legal obligation, with legitimate interests used where appropriate for secure case administration and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Complaint records are normally retained for two years after the case closes unless a longer period is needed for an active regulatory or legal matter. See the Privacy Notice.
